As someone who has a gluten intolerance, the Quater Barrel is my go to place. They have extensive food options for those of us who have trouble ordering off other restaurants menus. Not only do we have options, but the flavors are all there. They literally have the best gluten free pizza crust I've ever tasted and you can only get it at the Quater Barrel because they make it in house. This restaurant cares deeply about their food and menu. Honestly, when coming to Cedar Rapids, and you're looking for a great place to eat with a fun environment, I can't recommend the Quarter Barrel enough. You have to give it a try, and definetly get the gluten free crust. It's that good.
