I've been practicing regularly at Bikram Yoga Williston for a little over 2 years at this point and it's been one of the best decisions i've made since moving to Vermont. The studio itself is modern, immaculate and homey. Though the studio's greatest quality is it's staff and community. Whenever you walk into the studio, you're always greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello from the teacher. All of the staff are very knowledgeable of their craft. Whether you have a preexisting injury and need modifications for a posture; or you're struggling in a posture and need some guidance on how to overcome whatever blocker you've run into. They've always been able to clearly and effectively give you the information that's tailored to your needs. The classes are well paced and the teachers are very attentive to the ebb and flow of the class. Whether it's emphasizing specific aspects of a posture in their dialog (Chest up, hips tucked forward, shoulders down, etc), demonstrating a posture for the class, or just cracking open the door to let some fresh air in and cool down the room. Every single teacher seems to have the uncanny ability to do one or more of the things mentioned above as if they're directly for you, even though their addressing the entire class. The community the studio has been able to foster is amazing in it's own right. Everyone is polite, kind, respectful and friendly. You can walk in and greet someone you see in class three times a week, or someone you've never meet, with a gentle smile and friendly hello and have it returned in kind. There is also this sense of togetherness. As people from all walks of life come to practice, it doesn't matter what you do. It just matters that your there.
Overall, if your an experienced practitioner or someone who's looking to try it for the first time. In my opinion, Bikram Yoga Williston is the best place around.
