Craig and team were fantastic to work with following a purchase of a stairmaster stepper from them. For me, the mark of a great company is not when things go right but how do they do when things go wrong...unfortunately (and nothing to do with CYC fitness) my machine was damaged in transit and after I mentioned to them they could not have been more impressive in dealing with it - swapped it out for a new one with no questions asked within days- I would highly recommend this company as quality professionals to work with
