They played a red-tape/gray space game when it came to me having a safe vehicle to drive, repair my brand new (under 10k) car under warranty. It was very sketch and discriminatory with me being a woman. I reached out to the General Manager and no response. My car is still unsafe. And they tried to stick me with a bill with no repairs being done and my car, I have had a terrible experience. Not to mention I bought my car from here and the loan they negotiated for me is so high decent customer service would have gone a long way and is the least I could ask.
IN RESPONSE TO YOUR BLATANT LIES AND ATTACK:
No you wouldn t even put your "accident" theory in writing that s why the insurance company who did pay for my diagnosis didn t pay for any repairs. That you also couldn t find even though my car shut off while driving you say stalled like that s something simple or non life threatening! And you have the audacity to attack me on my honest post. Which you only know to be completely factual! You haven t called once! MY VM ISNT FULL!
I wouldn t even read the rental details of your comment because that s was another completely sketch situation where you pretended to do me a favor rather than own up to the facts of your actions being unjust. The entire situation was nothing but a disservice to me as a customer thanks for furthering the insult!
And thanks for attempting to share my personal car repair details with the world in order to shame me. Your customer service values are a ruse. you re just as sketch as the smaller dealers and your loans aren t much better so I d advise anyone to STAY AWAY FROM JIM BUTLER. So far it s been the worse for me.. new car more problems
