Matt was informative about our problems, gave us many options to solve them, and answered our questions. He then ordered the parts and he fixed it the same day. He was very respectful of our home covered the floors when moving the old water heater and cleaned up. He was friendly and easy to have in our home (it was 4 1/2 hrs, waiting for parts), then installing!!!
