The restaurant was almost empty at 4 pm, and there was a lot of staff standing around and chatting, or wandering around seemingly doing nothing . I had to get up on three separate occasions to request service. Absolutely unimaginable that management didn t address the issue. The food was good, but I wouldn t recommend this restaurant with all the other lovely options on Santana Row.
