Completely impossible to get a hold of. I waited 2 hours on hold to receive a hang up. 1-2 days wait to verify an ID? Wrong.. I cant even remember when I opened my account anymore and I am still waiting. This waiting is costing me, but they don't care. Now lets see if they reply with a comment saying to email them so that I can wait another week for a non helpful reply.
