I had finally had it...none of my pants were fitting the way I wanted and nothing I was doing at home was helping me to lose the pounds I needed to feel good about myself again. A quick Google search for personal trainers in Pensacola led me right to Unlimited Fitness Results. They were offering a special for 3 weeks of bootcamps and so I thought, "Why not!?"

At UFR, you get the camaraderie of group classes but with the feel of having a personal trainer of your own. Ira is very accessible and had time to meet with me the very afternoon of my first phone call to UFR. He talked to me about the importance of diet on top of any exercise and quickly signed me up for the 21-Day Belly Blast Challenge. I lost 5 pounds in the first few days and after only 3 weeks, I found myself 10 times stronger, looking firmer and slimmer and feeling GREAT!

I am not one of those people to stick with any kind of exercise program. We've been members of a regular gym for a year now, and I never ever go. I have an excuse for EVERYTHING. But for some reason, I keep going back for more UFR group fitness and bootcamps. The trainers and other boot campers make it fun and challenging. Yeah, the first week was tough and I really was sore the first few days, but in a good way. I knew that I was making a good change in myself and after dragging myself to each class, I always leave feeling SO GLAD I went. That feeling alone keeps me coming back for more.

My husband always says, "The best kind of exercise is the kind you will actually do." Do something good for yourself and give Ira a call. Each day at UFR is something new, challenging and FUN. Once you attend one of his bootcamps, you'll be itching for more...I promise.
