Pesimo claims solution. I sent 2 boxes to Honduras last November. A big one and a small one. 4 weeks later they delivered the small one and 2 weeks later, the other, which must have been the big one but they delivered a box the same size as the previous one. They shamelessly stole half of the contents of that box, ruining the Christmas of those waiting for their gifts. We are in February 2018 and still they do not solve anything for me ...
