The appearance of the room was unremarkable. The old TV, insufficient bathroom services (toothpaste, gel, etc.), the food served on a plastic tray balancing with the dishes (I recommend a cart, any restaurant has several to serve a simple paella, and more if it is your own client who should transport it to their room and open the door at the same time), the quality of said food, being polite, let's say k very normal (although grateful for being able to dine at 1:00 p.m.) and finally, any waitress @ you should know how to make a minimally creamy latte. Even so, my score is positive for the treatment of the staff it was great. Good luck in the future Ibis Hotel, best regards
