I had a TxTag account (the one in Austin) because I didn't know TX had more than one toll company before I moved here; Florida keeps it simple with just the SunPass throughout the entire state.
Anywho, I had an issue where the NTTA sent me a bill for full price tolls (instead of the discounted price), and I thought that I was only supposed to receive a bill from TxTag since TxTag works throughout all of TX. That was not the case.
When I first walked in the customer service center, this rude lady was walking by the line to ask everyone why they were here, and when she got to me, she was pretty much telling me to leave because it wouldn't make sense talking to someone at the counter about my issue. And she argued with me in line.
I'm glad I stayed in line because I went to Becky and she's such a sweet lady. She helped me figure out why I got that bill and I got a discount on the bill since I wasn't supposed to be paying the non-Toll tag price. And she also got me set up with a TollTag so that I could do away with the TxTag. Becky was really professional and I feel she's a great customer service rep at NTTA!
