I wish I could put zero stars, but it wouldn't let...

I wish I could put zero stars, but it wouldn't let me post without clicking on at least one star! All I wanted to do was schedule a regular maintenance appointment, but the schedule service page was blank. I tried calling the service # and all I got was voicemail (this is 11am on a Saturday), and when I tried asking a question about it on the chat window that was on the service page, I was told that it was a dedicated sales chat window! So what? -I buy a car from there and after it's paid for, there aren't any resources to help me maintain it? So frustrating! Customers, go to another BMW dealership!
