This had to be the worst stay I've ever had and I travel for work. I've been sat on before at a hotel and this is making me more mad. First off I get in my room and the glasea for drinking one was broken and pieced back together and I didn't notice and when I tried to pick it up it cut my hand. Then midnight rolls around and the guest above me were stomping so I called the desk they said they would call and try to stop it. They called and they wouldn't pick up so that just quit trying. Then 1am creeps up and they don't stop and the front desk says they can move me and refuse to confront the room about time issue. I shouldn't have to be the one to move rooms. Then a manager says he went up there and didn't hear anything from the hallway like he was a genious that can hear my ceiling from the floor above me. He then tries to tell me that they weren't doing anything and called me a liar and made me move rooms. They then down graded me from the king bed that I paid for to a queen bed and offer no refund for price difference. Now it is 1:30 and I can't get to sleep. And I have to be up at 7 am for a 6 hour flight and a a two hour drive to tennessee and they are too lazy to do anything when a guest needs real help. I will never stay here again and will never recommend it. This has me very upset and to anyone that stays here in the future turn around and keep looking for a different hotel.
