DO NOT Purchase your vehicle from this dealer!! They have the worst follow up of any company I have ever dealt with! I purchased my vehicle from a wonderful salesman Mr. Ron Stone, but unfortunately he passed away. When he was there he did everything he could sadly the customer service there died with him. They sold me the wrong oil change package and I have been trying for the last 8 months to get it corrected and I have been promised several times it would be done, but every time I try to schedule an oil change its still wrong. Fortunately Westgate Chrysler is AWESOME and the always just waive the additional cost so I don't have to pay it! It's a shame a dealer that I did not purchase a vehicle from takes better care of me than where I bought the vehicle! Also the service manager is rude and lacks appropriate social skills for dealing with customers! Please please take your business to Westgate Chrysler they will take care of you! Love my car (15 Chrysler 200) HATE this dealer!
