This place is not a rental store. It's a warehouse - a giant, Costco-sized warehouse filled with costumes. And they mostly cater to the entertainment industry. That's why if you're just an average Joe trying to rent a costume, they will treat you like a second-rate citizen. They were patronizing, arrogant and at times downright rude. If you can get past that, they'll probably have whatever you're looking for. I personally couldn't deal with the holier-than-thou attitude.
