As a non teacher this is a great place to work. They provide lesson plans, all the materials and a trainer who's there to help and answer any questions. The other teachers are the best part about the job. Easy to make friends. They play soccer (except they call it football because a lot of Englishmen) once to twice a week, have trivia nights, and last year we're taken on a cruise along the river. The cons are the lack of control you have in your teaching .No problem for me but if you cine from a teaching background it maybe. Also you have A LOT of students that you only see once a week so it's hard to remember names and really get to know them .
