Had an over-foaming issue on two washing machines ...

Had an over-foaming issue on two washing machines as the detergent was faulty - placed call on 9th Dec and still unresolved by 4th January. Engineers have been out to 'adjust' things only for the 3rd engineer to tell me they knew about the detergent being faulty. Laundry room has been flooded and we've needed to put everything through additional rinse and may now have the expense of outsourcing the laundry until JLA can do what they promised back on the 13th December! Clearly unable to do what they say. Very unhappy with the service.
