This is the worst system ever. This is my second time calling in. The first day, I was able to talk to a person after about 30 min wait. I've been on hold for about 20 min today with the message "your call is very important to us." The telephone started ringing finally, but no body answered. I waited for 10 min with the hope someone would pic it up. You can't leave a voice message. It just keeps ringing. There should be someone who really can address this issue. Nurses are one of the busiest professional groups and it is unacceptable to have such poor communication system in the great state of VA.
