The room wasn't ready for two hours, not cool, I repeated my name twenty times, the guy at the front desk had to be stoned out of his mind, then the bellhop asked me if he could get my bags, I said yes multiple times, every time, he just stood there with a stupid look on his face and did nothing..? So, I went in and got the cart myself..I was a little frustrated so I went to the pool to have a drink, After waiting a little over ten mins I had to go get the waitress myself. I ordered a golden margarita, not only was it in a glass the size of a double shot glass, it was made wrong with a lime that was dry and old.. Oh yeah and it cost $20... At this point in time, I needed to go for a run(trails are great) but when I got back to the hotel lobby both lemon water jars were empty, I asked for some water he pointed to the jars, I said they were empty, his answer was "oh, well we don't have a drinking fountain" so I had to tell him "well then you probably fill them up then"........this would be a wonderful hotel if they hired some sort of competent staff.. I live in Deer Valley UT, go to the Montage they have service down to a "T", the Viceroy needs to properly train their staff, I tour for a living and live out of hotels, this was the worst service I've received in many years.. This hotel needs to train their staff, it's pretty bad when a Best Western shows you up on hospitality and you claim to be 4 stars.
