In my fifteen years working in the hospitality industry, I have never been so violated! I stayed at this property four nights (August 2017) for my brothers wedding. I am a Hilton employee and frequent traveler. During my stay, in my haste I neglected to utilize the in-room safe resulting in my irreplaceable keepsake along with my cash being stolen from a closed zipper compartment inside of my bag. I was more than generous making sure to leave the housekeeper a tip EVERYDAY. One particular day, I even went out of my way to locate the housekeeper and tip her after discovering upon return , my room had been serviced before I had the opportunity to leave a proper tip. At Hilton we are a family. We strive to make every guest experience as accommodating, comfortable, and safe as possible. Unfortunately, my extended Hilton family at this property chose not to live up to this standard. I have notified management, currently awaiting follow-up.
They refused to honor the team member dining discount via room service although the food comes from the same outlet.
Rooms are in need of update.
Contacting any department via phone takes time so be prepared to wait for an answer.

Henri the pool bartender was AWESOME! He provided the Hilton quality of service I expected. I was able to spend an entire day relaxing at 1 of 2 beautiful pools at this property. Also, Kathan (AM server) was a ROCKSTAR!!! She personally cooked our eggs to perfection after the cooked failed to do so, while providing timely customer service.
The common areas were very well kept and the bell staff for the most part were accommodating.
Unfortunately what I loss was sentimental and irreplaceable, I am heart broken.
