Wanted to say Thank You to Josh again for helping to locate the problem with our A/C unit. Josh was polite, professional, and knowledgable about the issue with our unit. We appreciated him taking the time to make sure everything was taken care of and to offer alternative solutions. We learned a lot about how to better take care of our A/C! Thank you, Josh, for saving us some money and for going above and beyond. We would welcome him back anytime.
