GET OTHER INSURANCE. I have never had such problems with any other company I've dealt with. They should have paid a bill in July of 2014. Every time I have called, they have admitted that they should have paid and say that they will. Then we get off of the phone, and I later get a bill from the doctor's office. I have to call back, and we end up just repeating this process. It has now been 7 months and countless hours on the phone, and they have still not paid the bill. I cannot encourage you enough to go somewhere else. Also, if you call to sign up, you will get someone right away. When you call once you're already a member, you will wait 40 minutes to about an hour before you even speak to anyone, and they typically just say sorry and do nothing.
