Very slow registry service ... few employees in various operations ... and to say that they have "computerized" access with ticket numbering ... so I am able to modulate the service for users!
Probably with some tricks some services to the public could be greatly improved.
Unfortunately, the service for citizens is bad. Staff who work in common is not qualified at all. They don't know how to handle the job. They do not think at all that they are at the service of citizens and I do not meet.
