Yeah ... the pros are very numerous and it does not prevent the wait (long, as it should). Not convinced, neither by the service, nor by the advice ... I came to exchange a box fiber against a new one: result of the races, it is the same thing ... lost 1h30 not counting that the guy does not have checked my storage box and a thread slipped by mistake, so I was good to replace me a second time to recover ... bof, bof ...
