Went to Ace to get some chairs we had our eye on. We got to the register with our coupons we had been collecting and buying from kids selling cards in the neighborhood. At the register a kid took 25 minutes to understand the coupon concept while the line piled up behind us. Finally when a manager came up he referred us to small print on the back of our coupons essentially screwing us out $5. Yea, it s $5 but it s also a crappy customer experience. We left and told them to figure it out. Be careful of Ace. They are crummy car salesman that lure you into their shop just to play the gotcha game and embarrass you in front of other customers. They are the place with the helpful hardware folks with a shady marketing dept that screws people over $5. Go to Lowe s
