I had a terrible experience with them after two years of Speech services. The receptionist not only made mistakes on my insurance billing, she only cancelled my appointments without telling me. I drove a long way to the appointment 2 hours later to find out my appointment was cancelled. There was no apology from the clinic after I mentioned I was on the phone with the receptionist Liz in the morning and she did NOT tell me she cancelled my appointment today. I requested to have a phone call back from Liz the receptionist, however, there was no phone call from her nor the clinic after 4 days of the appointment date. They hired a SLP whose first language was not ENGLISH which means the children will not learn the proper speech. Unfortunately client care is not the priority in their business model.
