After having a less than positive experience with a nearby Volvo dealer, where I felt like my wife and I were barely acknowledged at times, I began looking for an alternative dealership to work with. Seeing all of the great reviews for Smythe I decided to give them a try and I'm glad that I did. I called and was set up with an appointment with Chris Henriksen. Chris was great to work with. I came in looking for an XC90 with a specific set of features, while Smythe did not have this on hand, they had a similar but fully loaded model on site. Chris worked with me on the price to get me closer to what I originally had in mind, and we were able to come to an agreement on the model on hand. Chris was professional and courteous throughout the entire process and did not push or hurry me to make a decision. I also worked with Ashley when I came back to sign and she was also great. Very easy to work with and explained each part of the process. I would definitely come back to Smythe for any future Volvo purchases, and plan on having my car serviced here, even if it's a little bit more out of the way.
