The BelRed experience was top notch for our recent installation of a heat pump and exchanger unit. Joe Maly started off with an excellent presentation of the product/services and was generous with his time, both in-house and with the phone follow-up. Then the crew, led by Ray B. and assisted by Brett M. and Austin B., arrived for the installation, which went well; they were all professional and efficient going about their tasks friendly, too. Cody came by the following day to finish off and test the system. He too was efficient and good at his job, giving an excellent tutorial on how to operate the system and thermostat. I also want to give special mention of David King who delivered portable heating units to keep us warm until the system was installed. David's warm personality makes him an excellent ambassador for the company. Good work, BelRed! We'll recommend you to others.
