Rick Medeiros afforded us exemplary customer service!!! We were seeking several appliances (a dishwasher, above range microwave, and stove) to accompany our kitchen renovation and wanted to shop and support locally. As things are different during this time, we did most of our shopping online to begin with. Once I had an idea of things I liked the look of, I called and spoke with Rick Medeiros, who walked me through the whole process, and used his expertise to give suggestions and detailed information on each product to help us choose the best match for our family's needs. Rick went above and beyond when our originally ordered appliances would not arrive in time for our renovation (due to backup from current circumstances due to COVID), and he matched us with the most similar products that would be available from Percy's Warehouse to ensure that we could keep our contractor on schedule.
