Im on social security disability and i went to put money on my brothers commissary so he can eat because they weren't feeding him good. Well i didnt know i was putting money on his account for calls. I put 40.00 on the machine and called citytelcoin and the lady said she was sending my refund in the mail 2 weeks ago and i called to see when they would be mailing it and sge saying they have no record of the money being put on his account. Just lies. Dont care that im sick and in bad health and need that money. Just done stressed me out and i have heart issues.
