Visiting New Jersey and wanting my scrapple fix, it was great to visit the Colonial Diner. It is both exactly what you want in a traditional South Jersey diner and a modern restaurant with many contemporary menu options. They even had a vegan special (not that I wanted it).

The service was friendly. I even shook hands with one of the owners.

And I enjoyed my scrapple, eggs, and traditional home fries. Perfect!
