We are very satisfied with UC, firstly because the prices are sharp and tidy: we always get a nice amount back because we have a mobile subscription and two health insurance policies through them.
But also because the service here is good: we have had serious problems with Tele 2 transferring our mobile subscription (because Tele2 does not cover 4G everywhere but does not put it in their terms either, so the only way was to leave it : buy off all 11 remaining months) and that was not due to UC. Lucy Maduro from the customer service has put a lot of energy into it and through her the contract could be dissolved at Tele2, something we really hadn't succeeded !! Lucy, there is a treat on your way because we are very happy with all your help & the clear communication from you to us! Enjoy it!!! Well deserved!

Ps: Everyone who is talking about emails here: you can simply turn it off in your account. Or you can call them, they will be happy to help you. To give only one star for that is rather unfair! If only more companies were like that.
