Terrible customer service by email. That tells me enough to stay away from the showroom in person, as you should too.

What a waste of my time trying to deal with this company. Sent them a serious inquiry with 5 buying questions about a Rolex Day Date on their website while in transit to IAH.

They never got back to me. Explained I was staying in Galveston for the long weekend and would make the 1.5 hour drive in to view/purchase the item if they could answer my questions. Concerns which by the way any used Rolex buyer would need answers to.

Govern yourself accordingly if you decide to even go near this joint.
