they have card readers that have not work correctl...

they have card readers that have not work correctly for years. They know they have this problem, they even tell you that they have this problem, but they don't do anything about it. They advertise things they do not have, or if they have it, the associates don't know about it. these are persistent problems! I'd never have this type of customer service or inventory issue with Ace, Lowe's, or even Walmart.
