I know, Title Insurance isn't a sexy thing to review, but it is an extremely important one. When my brother and I had to sell our family home we were selling to a Builder. It wasn't going to be a face-to-face closing and we wanted to make sure that everything went smoothly. I was going to be leaving town on vacation and would be unavailable for any mistakes that might occur if the title company didn't catch something. Fortunately, when the Builder asked to close earlier than planned, Artesian was ready for that. We were able to get in and sign all the paperwork despite the Stay at Home Order. They came in later to sign the paperwork and everything funded that day. It was a seamless transaction and that's exactly how it should have been. I have many friends who are real estate agents who can testify that that's not always the case at other title companies. My advice is, When you want it done right the first time, go to Artesian title.
