At Luisa Graff Jewelers I felt immediately at ease in their welcoming setting. I came in to design a ring for a special occasion. From the attention I received I could have been the only customer in their showroom. There was no pressure, no rush to a decision or a sale, just a nice unhurried discussion on what might be possible. Holly was a dream to work with. We went back and forth over several days. She has a great sensitivity on what will work along with wonderful patience. We are fans of Luisa Graff. Go there first!
