I recently visited Elgin Eye Care for the first time, and I was extremely impressed with the level of service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the optometrist was very thorough. The office was clean and modern, and they had a wide selection of frames. I would highly recommend Elgin Eye Care to anyone in need of eye care services.
