While the staff was super, very nice and service was performed well and at a great price, I felt uncomfortable being the only one wearing a mask. No masks on even 1 of the 4 staff members I saw, and customers don t wear masks either. I made an appointment earlier in the week that I feel I could have been warned it is a mask free zone.. I may have made a different decision on the choice of groomer... no sign on the door stating they are exercising this right to warn those who would rather feel protected by the establishments they choose to spend their hard earned money.. won t be able to earn much more of that if I get sick because of lack of following public health orders. I felt uncomfortable and blindsided to say the least, and being they had my dogs, I didn t want to say anything and make my situation even more awkward. I didn t even think this was allowed in our city these days. Good luck to PFGW.. I think I ll spend the next couple months looking for a local groomer who values the health and safety of its clients.
