Very functional hotel services ... especially for travel to JFK Airport. Inside the hotel, in the lobby, there is a souvenir shop and city guides; a bar that serves breakfast ... very expensive and of a low standard with croissants packed in nondescript plastic bags. The rooms are old with a smelly carpet, slightly narrow beds despite being for 4 people; the bathrooms are small and need a freshening of the walls and a revision of the taps marked by time. There is no mini-bar but on each floor there is a space that offers a hot or cold water dispenser and ice, plus a paid drink dispenser. There is a gym on the 2nd floor that offers physical activity equipment (a bit small for the number of rooms): 2 treadmills, 2 exercise bikes, weights and a "multipurpose" machine. The offer is subject to a fee of approximately 50 USD for 5 days per person. Upon arrival, a deposit is paid which is then subtracted the amount of the hotel services and the rest is credited back to the credit card (normal).
