I purchased a Soleus Air stand fan with a remote control about a year ago. The remote is only good for one summer. The remote was not as sensitive as the one for Lasko stand fan. It could be a defected item.

I contacted the manufacturer one week ago. I was told that parts are not under the warranty. I have to pay $21.8 ($10 / remote + $10 / shipping + $1.8 tax) for a new remote. My credit card was already charged on the order date last week. Contacted CS again, but up till now I still have NOT received the remote.

There is no shipment confirmation. Poor quality of products and customer service. No more business with Soleus Air.
