A very positive buy. The Rubber Monkey sales team were very prompt in getting off my order of a piano tuning wrench set, and the item arrived well packed and in good order. I would definitely use Rubber Monkey again. The courier they used was not quite so efficient, with my item ending up in Whanganui instead of Whangarei, resulting in a delay of several days.
