** UPDATE** - Rana reached out to me and was eager to "assist" me with our communication issues with Fred White. That faltered too- no return of my emails nor phone message to her were successful of late. They seriously need to take a crash course in effective communication and stop wasting peoples' time. I'm still waiting to hear from Rana who stated she would follow up with me on Monday 8/17.**Check out the other reviews on other sites - this company doesn't have a very good track record. They don't care about their clients**
I wish I would have searched for reviews on this company beforehand. I would have seen that many people in this company don't have communication skills. I'm beginning to think they just want everyone's financial information so they can steal identities. What a waste of time. Do yourself a favor - find another mortgage company that isn't run by a bunch a buffoons.
