Like others who have reviewed Terminix. My experience has been horrible since the day they started my service & I absolutely REGRET contacting them. First, I have spent $9600 with this company only to be lied to, I feel like I ve been cheated, and taken advantage of. They came out to clean and insulate my attic and was supposed to set traps out in the attic, & come back a week later to check the traps. After my follow up I learned that the traps were never put in place & the follow up tech who came out never knocked on my door to speak directly with me, he just went into my garage, into the attic and left. I then had to call him to see why he had just left without giving me any update and that s when he informed me that there were no traps & that he d need to put in a work order to have them placed in the attic. Needless to say, that work order never got placed, so I was forced to call and make the appointment for that. When it came time for the tech to show, I received a text stating that he wouldn t make it and that he d have me rescheduled for the following weekend. -Understood, things happen. The following weekend came and I called back to confirm my appointment and ended up on the phone with a RUDE male agent who wouldn t know how to empathize with a customer if he actually tried to. After reporting him and asking that a manager call me back (on multiple occasions) I did get rescheduled, but I am still waiting on the call from a manager to address their rude customer service agent. Because of this interaction with this particular agent and the fact that I have had to jump through hoops to get not even half way decent service; I have cancelled all of the other services with terminix and absolutely won t return as a customer or recommend them!
