Excellent. Highly recommend Northern Protocol to anyone with serious computer problems. Technicians are very knowledgeable, reliable and prompt in dealing with problems. We bought several custom computers and just as promised they have outperformed and outlived all our other computers. Dollar for dollar definitely the best long term investment as any upgrades and repairs can be undertaken to keep the computers current and state of the art even several years after the computers were built. I've compared pricing and found Northern Protocol to be very competitive. I won't be going anywhere else.
