I just purchased a used car from here and Margarita Vega was the sales consultant I dealt with. After reading the previous reviews on her I knew I had to call in and ask for her to schedule a test drive. I was looking for a luxury car and she was extremely knowledgable even though it was a non Honda car. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the reception and Margarita lit up the room when I sat down with her. She really made me comfortable throughout the whole process. I told her my numbers and she took her time to work with me. Even throwing in a few extras that I didn t even ask for! Her customer service is the best I ve seen so far out of all the dealers I visited in the area. She understood my wants and needs and exceeded them with her impeccable customer service and attention to details. I was able to get approved even with my bad credit. She kept constant communication after the deal was made to update me on the financing, delivery date, and any changes. She was very professional and gave mevpeace in mind knowing that I can get my car just in time for me returning to work. Remember folks she did all this during the Covid-19 Pandemic. With all the stress that many people are facing Margarita Vega went above and beyond! I will be definitely recommending her to my friends and family.
