Tyler Patsy was the nicest service person I have dealt with since buying my first Honda in 2012. He did not talk down to me, he was very friendly and informative. He did understand that I might have to think about suggested things that needed to be done. NO PRESSURE which I appreciated. I havent gotten that understanding before. He was kind to a senior citizen and I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of during his explanation of suggested repairs. Thank you for him.
