We had an appointment a week out and it was cancelled at the last minute. A new appointment was made and it was also cancelled by John Wayne. When we can't even get an estimate for a major re-piping job, there's no way we'd entrust the actual job to them. Fortunately we found a company that was prompt, responsive and priced our job fairly.
