Review of Pillar and Post Hotel

We have stayed at the Pillar and Post several time...

We have stayed at the Pillar and Post several times. They have always been accommodating. The pool area, hot tub, and spa are excellent. However, the Cannery is mediocre compared to many of the excellent restaurants around Niagara on the Lake at a similar price point. I don't see very much innovation on the menu. We ordered room service for the first time, and service was extremely slow, taking over 45 minutes. The burger we received was also burnt and dry. The roast beef au jus sandwich did not come with dipping jus, and instead consisted of thin slices of beef simmered in gravy until it falls apart.
