THEY ARE LIARS, they put a commercial to offer you a service, then the commercial disappears from the face of the earth since it is impossible to contact them (email, phone, mobile), then their departments rally you saying that it corresponds to the Department A those from A say the same but going to B, those from B say the same when going to C and those from C put you back with those from A so that they can say again that they happen to you with those from B.
