Awesome Experience! Tonya Ray the hostess was so pleasant, accommodating and very nice to all of us. In the midst of lots of people, she called my boy by his name, hugged and asked 'how was the Polar Express?" That will be a precious memory and experience for my boy. Not only my 7 year old had a blast, that includes the whole family..wish we could go every year!
